REGIO-Schmerznetzwerk - Regional Pain Network for Freiburg and Breisgau

The REGIO-pain-network takes care of ca. 1.500 patients each quarter of a year, who suffer from various chronic diseases. Our aim is a broader treatment of people, who often have suffered from pain for several years.
The network is a close cooperation bond of experienced pain specialists with practical clinical focusing, experienced through many years of treating patients with chronic diseases.

Our common treatment principles are:

• Optimized interdisciplinary diagnostic investigation of pain
• Optimized interdisciplinary pain therapy
• Cooperative consultation of patients

Our special services include:

• Interdisciplinary pain conferences
• In-patient multimodel pain therapy
• Advanced training, workshops and seminars about “specific pain therapy” for our colleagues and other related professions
